Toshiba ExciteX10 Tablet Hands On - www.netbooknews.com - Checking out the new Toshiba ExciteX10 tablet that is known as the Toshiba AT200 in Europa at IFA 2011. The device is only 7.7mm thin, which makes it thinner than the iPad 2. It's got a TI OMAP 4430 Dual Core ARM Cortex-A9 processor running at 1.2 ghz and uses Android 3.2 Honeycomb. The AT200 is supposed to last up to 7 hours, has two cameras with 2 and 5 mp. There is going to be a 3G version out this year, WiFi model comes first, but Tosh wasn't able to tell when.
